Keep an eye on your inbox for our emails. There will be one with your receipt and one full of information (please check your spam too). We’ll pack and send your order within the next 7 business days. If you've pre-ordered, this process will occur as soon as our product is in stock (typically takes 1-2 weeks).
Once sent, you'll receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking number so you can excitedly follow your Companion Cards' journey right to your door!
When they arrive:
Once you’ve received your cards and had a happy dance, we’d love to see them in your space and to hear how you’re using them to help make sustainable changes, so please feel free to share them on your socials and tag us @sustainabletherapists or send us an email at hello@sustainabletherapists.com. It will truly make our day!
